Class Descriptions
Ballet & PBT - In Ballet, dancers learn the foundations of dance, correct technique and placement and much more. This class is required for those who take Jazz, Lyrical and Musical Theatre.
Strength & Conditioning - Students work through strength, conditioning and stretch exercises so they are in good condition for their routines. Compulsory for all 10/u Company Members
Hip Hop - Students learn a Hip Hop routine to be performed in our concert and competitions. Compulsory for all 10/u Company Members
Musical Theatre - Dancers learn a routine set to music from a musical to be performed at our concert and competitions. We also act and often sing in these routines. This class is optional but encouraged!
Jazz Technique - Students learn technical Jazz skills ie. Pirouettes, Leg Extensions and Jumps. Compulsory for all 10/u Company Members
Jazz - Students learn a Jazz routine to be performed at our concert and competitions. Compulsory for all 10/u Company Members
Lyrical - Students learn a Lyrical routine to be performed at our concert and competitions.
Acrobatics - This is an optional but encouraged class that teaches the acrobatic and tumbling skills that we work into our Company Routines.
