END OF YEAR CONCERT
Each year in Term 4 we hold an epic and exciting End of Year Concert for our students!
Who performs? All Tiny Monsters, Tribe Classes & Company Classes (except for little acrobats and acrobatics)
When is it? Saturday 18th November
Rehearsal: Saturday 11th November (school age kids only)
Where is it? C3, Oxford Falls - 2 Dreadnought Rd, Oxford Falls
What to kids wear? Costumes! Tiny Monsters and Tribe Dancers hire costumes for $42 each routine. This is debited from your portal in two lots of $21 over term 3 and 4 and we remind you of this. These costume payments are non-refundable. Company dancers purchase their costumes in Term 1.
All dancers must have correct shoes for this day. Head back to the members page under the heading HELPFUL INFORMATION to find this info.
How much are tickets and where do I buy them? Ticket prices below! End of year concert tickets are more expensive than midyear due to production of the shows and location. It was a huge stretch for us to hold the midyear concert at C3 without charging end of year prices but:
1) we didn't have a choice of a venue that would fit us
2) we wanted to check out the venue and have it twice this year as something special.
$75 PERFORMERS FEE
$60 FOR 2ND, 3RD & 4TH SIBLING.
This will be paid in November with a number of reminders.
We will be taking card payments for the concert fee in person at drop-off at our End Of Year Concert Rehearsal on the 11th of November OR in person at the studio the week prior from the 6th - 10th of November.
Anyone who does not pay either on the 11th of November or at reception the week before will have the fee debited the following week.

THE COMPLETE GUIDE!
Step 1: Find which concert your dancer/s is in!
Step 2: Read general info and times for that concert
Step 3: Purchase tickets on the 10th of October at 10AM
Step 4: Pick up your Wristbands from Monsters PRIOR to concert day. We will be sorting all ticket purchases into coloured wristbands, putting these wristbands into envelopes with your dancers name on them and handing them out in reception. We will follow you up if you forget :)
Step 5: Make sure your dancer has the correct shoes and uniform for their class. Head back to the
members page to find this out.
Step 6: Arrive to concert day ready for a good time!

My child is in 2 concerts because of how Monster's has split the groups up, what do I do? Please purchase your tickets for each concert like normal and Monsters will credit you the full amount for up to 4 tickets for the second concert. These people will be notified before tickets go on sale.
I have children/siblings in different concerts, what do I do? Please purchase tickets for both concerts like normal.
I want to bring my kids, who both dance at Monsters to watch each other in their different concerts, What do I do? Purchase them a ticket to watch their sibling dance in the correct concert.
I have two siblings in the same concert, do I need to buy them tickets to watch their sibling? If you have 2+ siblings in the same concert - you do not need to buy either of them a ticket for that concert. Where possible, kids will be able to watch the concert they are in from a supervised performing student area.
Does your younger dancer want to come to Concert 4 to watch the big kids?!?!? Please purchase tickets for this concert.
Is seating reserved or General Admission? Our End Of Year Concert will be General Admission.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THIS VENUE
Audience Members are not permitted to reserve seats for others at any time.
You must wear your wrist band at all times. You will be receiving your wristband in an envelope at Monsters before the day. There will be an amount of wristbands for people who have misplaced theirs at the concert on the day but we will need to find your ticket booking before we give you new wristbands.
Audience members must vacate the Auditorium between each concert and any items left in the auditorium in an effort to reserve seating will be removed to lost property
Please respect our student Marshalling Area Rules and the time it takes for us to safely receive and return your dancer to you. We know you can’t wait to see your little one and to run and grab them but this has created confusion and some worrying moments at past concerts.
